All of our serums are MADE FRESH WHEN ORDRED AND CAN NOT BE RESOLD.
Even if unopened, our guarantee of serums made the day when shipped does not allow us to return unopened bottles.
If a order arrives damaged, broken, has leaked, or excessively late, we will issue a full refund without need for a return.
If you have opened or used the serum, and wish to return the serum for a refund, we will not ask you to return the serum regardless of opened or unopened, and will refund the purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee. We appreciate that you may have a reaction to L-ascorbic acid serums or simply decide you don't want or need the product, and this will allow us both to address such issues.
If an address is undeliverable and the product is returned to us, we will work to address the best way to remedy that problem. If it is a failure of USPS, we will remake and resend your serum based on the tracking information. If you provided the wrong address, have moved and did not leave a forwarding address, we can not issue a refund as this was not an error on our behalf.
