The principles behind every formula
Clinical concentrations, never fairy-dusting
We dose actives at the strengths clinical research actually used - 10 to 20% vitamin C, 0.3% HPR retinoid, 5% tranexamic acid - not the trace sprinkle that lets a brand list an ingredient on the label without delivering its effect.
Every active at its correct pH
Each active has a pH where its chemistry works: pure vitamin C below 3.5, our gentle vitamin C salts near 6.3, retinoids and peptides close to neutral. We build every formula to that number, because the wrong pH quietly wastes an active no matter how much of it is in the bottle.
A clean, water-light base
Our actives are carried in a fast-absorbing, oil-free base - no silicones, PEGs, heavy oils, or filler thickeners. Run all 22 formulas against our full exclusion list and not one banned ingredient appears. Fillers do not just add nothing; they crowd out what does the work.
Made fresh to order
The most powerful actives - high-dose vitamin C, copper peptides, retinoids, green tea - are also the ones that break down fastest on a shelf. We make each batch to order in amber glass, so it reaches you at full strength rather than months into its decline.
Obsessive purity and grade
Grade is the single biggest lever on whether a serum stays stable. We specify pharmaceutical- and USP-grade actives held to tight purity and particle-size limits, because trace impurities are exactly what turn a serum cloudy, off-color, or inert.
