Starting with C10

I had never used a c serum before. I choose this one because it has the right pH for exfoliation, comes in a dark bottle, has minimal ingredients to prevent breakouts, and is one of the few c serums that starts at 10% concentration. While most people would probably be fine starting at 15-20%, those of us who use other chemical exfoliation products such as AHA's or BHA's, we have to move up slowly.I applied this c serum in the morning right after splashing and patting my face dry. After five minutes I'd follow with a sunscreen. This product is very thin but has a slight, slight texture to it making it a bit thicker than water. I'd put roughly 6 drops in my hand and pat my face. It would take seconds to dry.Personally, I saw an improvement in skin tone. I'll have to try a few more bottles to check for long term effects. My only qualm was the bottle didn't seem to last long. However, I think I could reduce the amount I was using every day and this is fairly priced product.

Just want to try one? Add a single bottle for $19.99 instead.

The NuFountain difference

A gentler dose, still fresh and fully active

Starting lower is the smart way to introduce vitamin C — but a low strength that's also gone stale barely does anything. We blend your C10 to order and hand-date it, so a gentle 10% still delivers real, active vitamin C to your skin.

Typical shelf serum

  • Mixed weeks or months before you buy it
  • No way to know how old the vitamin C really is
  • Potency quietly drops as it oxidizes
  • Often padded with fillers and fragrance

NuFountain C10 Gentle 3-Pack

  • Blended the day your order ships
  • Hand-dated so you see exactly how fresh it is
  • A gentle 10% that's still fully active
  • Short, transparent ingredient list — nothing you don't need
What it does

An easy introduction to vitamin C

All the core benefits of vitamin C, dialed to a strength sensitive skin can live with daily.

Gentle enough for daily use

At 10%, most sensitive and reactive skin can use it every day with little to no tingle.

Brightens & smooths

Helps fade dullness and dark spots for a clearer, more even, more youthful glow.

Supports collagen

Vitamin C helps your skin build collagen, softening the look of fine lines over time.

What's inside

Simple, gentle, transparent

The same clean approach as our stronger serums, at a strength that's kind to sensitive skin.

10%

L-Ascorbic Acid

A gentler dose of the active form of vitamin C — effective for brightening and antioxidant support with less risk of stinging.

+

Glycerin

A soothing humectant that keeps the serum hydrating and comfortable.

What to expect

Real results run on consistency

Even a gentle serum rewards consistency. Here's an honest timeline — results vary, and daily sunscreen protects your progress.

Weeks 1–2

Comfortable start

Skin adjusts easily and often already looks a touch brighter and smoother.

Weeks 4–6

Brighter tone

Dullness fades and skin looks clearer with steady daily use.

Weeks 8–12

Ready to level up

Many people graduate to our C20 once their skin is comfortable with daily vitamin C.

How to use

Four gentle steps

1

Cleanse

Start with clean, dry skin.

2

Apply 5–6 drops

Pat gently over the face and neck. Little to no tingle at this strength.

3

Let it absorb

Give it a minute to dry before your next step.

4

Moisturize + SPF

Follow with moisturizer, and always sunscreen in the morning.

Perfect for beginners. You can usually use C10 daily right away, but patch test first if your skin is very reactive. Keep the cap tight and store cool and dark — refrigerate unopened bottles. If the serum turns deep amber, it's oxidized and time for a fresh one.
Protect your results

Vitamin C works best with daily sunscreen

We don't sell sunscreen — so this isn't an upsell. It's the single most important thing you can do to protect what your serum is working toward, and it's worth getting right.

Without daily SPF

  • UV light breaks vitamin C down and undoes your brightening
  • New dark spots and sun damage keep forming
  • Collagen breakdown speeds up, so fine lines deepen
  • Your serum is left fighting an uphill battle

Vitamin C + daily SPF

  • Locks in and protects your brightening progress
  • Helps stop new dark spots before they start
  • Guards the collagen your serum is helping build
  • The two work together for visibly better results

What to look for in a sunscreen

Broad-spectrum

Look for the words “broad-spectrum” — it protects against both UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays.

SPF 30 or higher

SPF 30 blocks about 97% of UVB. Go higher if you're outdoors a lot — just don't drop below 30.

Every single morning

Apply as the last step of your morning routine, over your serum. Reapply every two hours in direct sun.

A texture you'll wear

Mineral (zinc oxide, titanium dioxide) or a modern chemical filter — pick one that feels good so you use it daily.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will all three bottles stay fresh?
Yes. Each bottle is blended fresh and hand-dated, and unopened bottles keep their potency for months in the refrigerator. Open one at a time and use it within about three months of opening.
Who is C10 best for?
Anyone with sensitive or reactive skin, or anyone brand-new to vitamin C. The lower 10% strength gives you real brightening and antioxidant benefits with much less chance of tingling or irritation.
Should I start with C10 or go straight to C20?
If your skin is sensitive or you've never used vitamin C, start with C10. Once your skin is comfortable using it daily, you can graduate to our 20% C20 for a stronger dose.
Will I still see results at 10%?
Yes — because it's blended fresh and fully active, a gentle 10% still brightens, supports collagen and helps target dark spots. It just works a little more gradually than 20%.
How should I store it, and how long does it last?
Keep the cap closed and store in a cool, dark spot; refrigerate unopened bottles to extend freshness. Once opened, use it within about three months. A deep amber color is your signal it has oxidized and it's time for a fresh bottle.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — no need to return the bottle. If you're not happy, contact us for a full refund.
Zero risk

Try it for real. If it's not for you, we'll refund you.

We stand behind every fresh-blended bottle with a 30-day money-back guarantee — no returns required. That's how confident we are in what "fresh" does for your skin.
